Pick Me Up is monotype and relief with graphite drawing also create this year. This one has been in the works for about 3 years, just couldn't figure out how to complete it.

- I am fascinated with information that cannot be seen or easily extracted, like the mind containing memories and information that is obscured. Natural elements, seeds, cells and microscopic images only show a portion of information. The human body also stands as a metaphor for the container, taking in social constructs and gender roles prevalent still today. My work makes comments on these factors heavily relying on autobiographic information and domesticity.
